Nestlé NAN 2 Formula Milk 400g – 6-12 Months

We are committed to providing genuine, quality products to our customers. All products are checked and carefully packed before dispatch.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, products are covered against manufacturing defects or damage present at the time of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, normal wear and tear, incorrect storage, or changes made to the product after delivery.

For products such as food, infant formula, cosmetics, personal-care items, and other consumable products, warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or damage during delivery and does not cover products that have been opened, used, consumed, or improperly stored.

For products with a separate manufacturer's warranty, the manufacturer's warranty terms will apply.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that the product:

• Is unused and in its original condition.
• Has not been opened, consumed, tested, or altered.
• Is in its original packaging, where applicable.
• Includes all original accessories, tags, labels, and components.
• Has not been damaged after delivery.
• Is suitable for return under applicable product-specific restrictions.

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened or used food, infant formula, cosmetics, makeup, shampoos, personal-care products, and other consumable or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return, unless the item was received damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a return under applicable law.

Certain products may have additional return conditions stated on their individual product pages.

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, we will arrange the applicable replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Important

Please inspect your package when you receive it. If the parcel or product appears damaged, contact us promptly and provide photographs or video evidence so we can assist you with the claim.
